The Governance Board is the MPP’s governing body, and its highest authority for making decisions. (See the MPP’s statutes). Among its key duties are to set the MPP’s policies and strategies, oversee its work plan and financial matters, and monitor and evaluate its performance. The Governance Board also appoints the Executive Director and Governance Board members. The MPP’s Executive Director attends Governance Board meetings, but without a right to vote.
